A Hai Ministries programme

Grace Through Grief

Grief is not a problem to be solved quickly. We walk with people through bereavement and loss — in facilitated groups, one-to-one, and in the first hard days after a death — for as long as it takes.

What we offer

Four ways in

You do not need to know which one you need. Tell us what happened and we will work it out together.

Bereavement groups

Facilitated groups for people who have lost a spouse, a parent, a child, or a friend. Structured, confidential, and led by someone trained to sit with grief rather than rush it.

One-to-one care

Pastoral and biblical counselling for those who are not ready for a room full of people, or whose loss does not fit a group cycle.

Crisis response

Immediate support after a sudden death, an accident, or a loss inside a family or congregation, including support for the people doing the caring.

Grief after addiction

Loss that arrives with recovery: the years, the relationships, and the people who did not make it out. Run alongside our aftercare work.

How it works

From the first message onwards

  1. You get in touch

Fill in the form below, or message us on TikTok or Facebook. You do not have to explain everything up front.

  2. We call you back

A short, unhurried conversation — what happened, what you need, and whether a group or one-to-one care fits better.

  3. You join a cycle

Groups run in six to eight week cycles, led by a trained facilitator. Same people, same room, every week.

  4. You are not dropped afterwards

Aftercare check-ins continue past the last session. Some people come back and facilitate for someone else.

What you say in a group stays in that room — the only exception is when someone is in danger, which the facilitator will always tell you about first.

Follow Grace Through Grief

Encouragement, in shorter form

Short teaching, testimony and reminders for the days between sessions. Messaging us there reaches the same people as the form.

Start with a name and a number

That is genuinely all we need to call you back. Everything else on this form is optional.

One of the two is enough — whichever is easier for you to answer.

How should we reply?
If you are in danger now. This form is read by people, not machines, and not at every hour. If you are thinking of harming yourself, please go to the nearest hospital or call someone you trust tonight — and then write to us when you can.
